3 Year old Quarter Horse Gelding for sale or full lease - Price: 500.00 in Mora, Idaho

I have a 3 year old gelding quarter horse, unregistered horse for sale. Is current on shots and coggins, and dewormers. Selling price of 500.00 He is 14.2 +hands still has some growing to do. Sorrel with blaze and white socks. I bought him earlier this spring and had sent him to professional training that included 30 days of groundwork an 30 days of solid riding. He knows the basics, walk/trot, canter, etc. He direct reins and gives to pressure, flexes. He could be a GREAT western/English prospect, has beautiful confirmation. Could go any direction. Would do best in a home that has experience with young horses. I would be consider trading for a older teenager beginner gelding of equal value. In age range of 13-17 years old, or well broke beginner horse. He is very sweet natured. He loads excellent. Gets along with all animals. He is in Mora, MN. Other option is a full lease on him at current boarding location. Full lease would be 100.00 a month. Would need a confident rider. I would take care of vet, ferrier, and etc.
